UI/UX DESIGNER - FONSEKA
October 2022 - Current
Currently working as a UI/UX Designer at FONSEKA. My roles and responsibilities for this position are the following:
Utilising Figma and Adobe XD to produce cutting edge, user friendly designs for websites, mobile and web applications
Marketing components for the company which consist of social media posts, EDMs and blog post creations
Creating user personas to ensure user-centered designs
Producing project design and delivery documents, as well as creating process diagrams for specific application procedures
Preparing monthly web analysis reports
Taking part in client meetings to discuss branding strategies
Re-designing existing interfaces to better match user criterias

Worked as a junior UI/UX Web Designer for Five by Five, designing a
variety of modern-styled websites. This position has given me the
opportunity to broaden my knowledge of UI/UX design and provide clients
with appealing and functional websites. As a junior UI/UX designer, I was in
charge of assisting senior designers and designing web pages based on
client specifications.
My roles and responsibilities for this position consist of
the following:
Assisting senior designers with design items
Researching on creative design styles for websites
Designing basic and unique internal pages for websites through Sketch
Image slicing through Sketch for development phases of websites
Following the atomic design process and setting atoms for web development
Creating LOOM walk-through videos for clients
Follow boilerplates to form creative design styles

Worked as a junior UI/UX designer for Temsconsu with work roles in mainly testing applications, enhancing existing UIs and taking part in client meetings. Additionally, I contributed towards the development phases of "Certifired" which is an application that captures text and image data of passive fire inspections such as penetration register, doors, walls, and dampers to ensure that a commercial building is compliant with Australian standards.
My roles and responsibilities as a junior UI/UX designer were the following:
Redesigning the company’s website
Conducting research on different methods of testing strategies
Conducting low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes to produce concrete designs
Re-designing existing UIs to better adapt Android, iOS and Windows operating systems.

Worked as a UI/UX Design intern for Temsconsu with work roles in wireframing, testing and logo design. This position has allowed me to expand my knowledges in the fields of UI/UX design and visual design. As an intern, I have gained a range of experiences in meeting the requirements of clients and ensuring that the designs are produced to a professional standard. Additionally, I have also taken part in multiple testing processes of applications ensuring that they are functioning appropriately. This role has taught me a lot about the field of UX/UI design and visual design.
My roles and responsibilities during my internship were the following:

Working as a graphic designer for Cherry Land Residencies entailed primarily generating graphical items for the organisation, such as designing a logo and pamphlets.
